Born in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture in 1981. Graduated from Tohoku University (Doctor of Life Science). Tohoku University certified PEM (Professionai Ecosystem Manager) acquisition. Moved to Tsushima from July 2012 after working at the Natural Environment Bureau of the Ministry of the Environment and Response Ability Co., Ltd. (environmental management consulting company). Appointed as the general manager of this corporation from 2013. Appointed representative director from June 30, 2017.

細井 尉佐義
理事/海子丸船長(一本釣り漁師）
Born in Nagasaki in 1972. Graduated from TCE Tokyo College of Technology. Currently, as a captain of Kaikomaru, he is supporting one family of five with a single fishing line. Actively participating in events, lectures, etc. related to fisheries cooperative associations in the local and other prefectures, with the first priority being conservation of the natural environment and resource conservation. To date, such activities have been widely recognized and have appeared in television coverage and many media outlets.
冨永 健
事務局長
1991 Joined the Economic Planning Agency. After that, through the Cabinet Office, Cabinet Secretariat, and Reconstruction Agency, in April 2012, transferred to the Remote Island Promotion Division of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. He moved to Tsushima in 2013 and became the secretary general.
Having moved from Tokyo, I live with chickens while fishing in the fields.

Born and raised in Tokyo. Graduated from Tama Art University, Department of Painting, Oil Painting. Tsushima Ichishima Okoshi Moved to Tsushima in 2011 as a collaboration team and island designer. MIT founding member established in 2013. Since 2014, he has been working as an exclusive designer for MIT. Tsushima City Basic Ordinance Development Committee.

対馬生まれ、対馬育ち。帝京科学大学卒。関東にて動物病院、人材紹介・派遣斡旋業で勤務後、2015年にUターン。５年間NPO法人どうぶつたちの病院でツシマヤマネコや野生動物の保護、看護、飼育管理に従事。2020年4月よりMITの物販担当として勤務。
堺 真由子

神奈川県生まれ。東京農業大学農学部卒業。3年間対馬野生生物保護センターに勤務し、島内での普及啓発を担当。2020年４月からMITのインタープリターとして勤務。これからも対馬に暮らす人々や自然の魅力を発信し、豊かな自然と共にある暮らしづくりについて考えていきたいと思っています。
掛澤 明弘
生物多様性保全担当 / 植物係
静岡県浜松市出身。京都大学理学部 卒業。同 大学院理学研究科 博士前期・後期課程修了。博士（理学）。2019年より対馬市島おこし協働隊・生物多様性保全担当として対馬に移住。島内の植物の保全策の構築を目的とした生育状況調査や普及啓発活動に取り組んできた。2023年4月よりMITに勤務し、対馬の森林生態系の保全と持続可能な利活用を実現するための植物のモニタリング調査や、自然観察会などのガイドを行う。
平山 俊章
ESD推進顧問
1960年厳原町宮谷生まれ。都留文科大学卒今泉吉晴ゼミ。「対馬だからこその教育」をモットーに、その実現を可能にするESDを推進。オンライン授業を早くから取り入れ、国内はもとより台湾の学校ともヤマネコ交流学習を進めるなど児童・教職員の世界観を広げる取り組みが評価されている。実践は「SDGsの達成に向けた学習活動の創造～ESDの授業づくり～」の冊子で一部公開されている。現在は、対馬市が企画運営している「対馬グローカル大学」の教育ゼミの講師。趣味は、トイドローンや鯛ラバフィッシング。

テクニカル スタッフ
福岡生まれ対馬育ち。23歳から環境コンサルタント企業に就職し、福岡を中心に日本中で発生した被災地の現地踏査や測量、環境の水質調査、構造物の点検などに従事する。 28歳になりUターンし、対馬の海岸漂着物調査を経験し、現在はガイドをしながらシーカヤックのインストラクターをしている。 特技は『話しかけられやすい』こと。MITでは、各種調査の補佐や動画編集などを手がける。
小宮 翔
ウニホタル職人/KOMIYA SILVER
上県町佐護出身。上対馬高校卒業まで対馬で過ごす。福岡を中心に歯科技工士として26歳まで島外で生活し、都会の生活や仕事に疲れて帰郷する。対馬に戻り仕事で島内を巡るうちに知らなかった対馬を再発見し、豊かさや面白さを島内外の人に知ってもらいたいと思うようになる。普段やっている事はSilverアクセサリー作製やその辺の漂着物や興味のある廃材、不要品で物を作る作家活動。
好きな食べ物は、アコヤ貝の貝柱。これがあれば何もいらない。

京都大学大学院地球環境学舎、博士号取得。研究のテーマは自然資源利用や景観変化。京都在住。

対馬の歴史ガイド
博多生まれで博多育ち。対馬は日本の原点であり、歴史と文化を守るためには欠かすことのできない場所であるという想いから、対馬の活性化に貢献すべく、福岡で対馬の啓発活動や神社巡りのコーディネートなどに取り組む。トータル・ライフ・コンサルタント、ファイナンシャルプランナー歴30年。
